Paul Ryan (Wis.), Cynthia Lummis (Wyo.) and Mario Diaz-Balart (Fla.) -- pounded on Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner Thursday over the Obama administration’s plans to impose new tax increases and a national cap-and-trade program as the economy emerges from recession.
