ACORN is getting federal funding and they're supposed to be non-partisan. Take a look at this video from last June as Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA) Speaks At ACORN National Convention about Obama. She goes on to talk about how horrible President Bush has been. I'm searching right now for a few other videos from the convention (BEFORE ACORN was in the spotlight, before they expected to ever be on the carpet for voter fraud and their part in helping Obama steal the election with YOUR tax dollars).
